  •

After all, 它和爱有关。

Chinese to English by Google Translation

The initialism about Hope Community is relating to the pain and strugle of  my father's generation, which is originated from a elegy that expresses the near-desperate disillusion of the communist ideal.

Everyone will die, no matter what kind of belief we hold in life, when we leave this world, only our spirit live forever.

In the confusion of the dark night, if there is a ray of light, there is hope.

Each generation has the honor, joy and sadness of its own.

I always remember that movie called the setting sun outside the Grass, the mother how to use subtle language, tone of voice to tell their own children: we can not choose our birth and been taught that way, because our parents, too, no choice.

16 years old, I vaguely heard a call - love moves the world.

If you ask me, I believe that? It may not be of Christ may not Buddha, it is more likely to simply love.

Russell said that the desire for love, the pursuit of knowledge of human suffering can not contain sympathy, is to dominate my life simple and strong three kinds of feelings. To me, is the same.

Hope that the existence of the commune because love, because the healing of wounds need love, because to live and better living all need love.

Dream of hope commune, which can be specific to a bar, it is actually more like a book bar.Music, live, books, art and spiritual healing. On the second floor are rooms that look similar to the Youth Hostel. There are no classes, no rich and the poor and lowly, there is only respect for the soul. Hope that the public community has to place in a tree, when the wind blows, the leaves will begin to dance. I have imagined that it is transparent, when it rains, sitting on the sofa on the first floor can see rain hit the glass scattered on the ceilings of the spray, very beautiful. I can not imagine, every Friday night is Jazz Session, Saturday night is rock Session, Sunday afternoon piano and literary salon. Usually there are many cultural activities, exhibitions ah, Party ah. Including music and painting, they can also hope that means healing the communes, it also has a dance room, there is no body language laws, the release of detained long soul and Mind. Spirituality, meditation, spiritual healing. Hope that the commune received all the injured children. Regular and occasional psychological Sharon, team psychological counseling, spiritual motivation, potential to stimulate life, growth, growth of all kinds and heart-related nutrients in there as a spark spread.

Hope that the commune is a kind of faith, a kind of inner calm and determined, a kind of acceptance and tolerance when dealing with people and matters, a bearish stance fame and fortune, it is a willing spirit of dedication, as well as enjoy the slow, natural and environmental The Lohas lifestyle. After all, it and love related.

It may be only a bar, in one place affect some people, it could be a way to heal in the spring up all over the world.

To see a world in a grain of sand

And a heaven in a wild flower,

Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,

    Founder Cc Lo - Founder
Born and raised in Hunan, a beautiful  province in central China, Cc always knew that she wanted to do something special with life. She was found talented in communication since from a little kid and had always been a top student. Because of mental breakdown, she had to quit her university study. However, she had never lost hope or faith. Escaping away from the traditional Chinese education, Cc built her own fast learning system based on global sources.  Not only did she teach herself English but she also explored deeply into the cultural differences. She became a skillful consecutive interpreter with universal spirit at a very young age.

After moving to Shenzhen and in an expansion of 8 years, Cc dedicated herself in cross-culture business communication working for international companies. After the first 2 years working as interpreter, she was promoted to managing positions and had led the operation of many cross-boarder sourcing and marketing projects. Her outstanding cross-culture communication skills has assisted a significant number of Western companies successfully building constructive partnerships with local companies.

Besides from business, she loved attending all kinds of visual arts, music, dancing and life growing workshops. When she was developing China market for a western media group, being inspired by her artists friends, she eventually realized that her unintentional passion was actually in arts and life growing. She felt it was her time to move to the things that really matters in life, and she gave up her promising business career and incorporated Hope Community Communication formally in Hong Kong in the summer of 2009, aiming to facilitate in depth communication between China and other nations in arts, culture, and life growing fields.

Cc loves nature, she is a semi-vegetarian. She likes cheese cake and red wine, and she lives a tranquil life with her family and their big dog Jianjian in Shenzhen.

My dear Papa Nigel and Mama Sheila,
Your letter made me move and made me cry, crying for happiness and not for sadness.
I felt need courage to read this email and delayed until now.
Faith and religion, right, you have solved one important struggle in my life.
From now on, I won't be bothered by the different religions but I will be true to my faith and I especial like this part of your letter.
All you need is faith... faith that you will ...
    love,
    have confidence,
    find happiness,
    reach your goals,
    be a fair person.
Be trusted and respected by others,
    have good health,
be able to face whatever life puts your way.
I feel now I have more power and knows how to face religion and how to live a true life.
Your letters and the earlier letters I have received from Mama Sheila have made my days much enlightened.
    I love you!
Thank you again for being together with me and thank you from my heart bottom for all the support you have given to me.
Wish you a warmer spring in Toronto.
    Peace and love.

Sheila & I discussed and decided that I should respond ...

Our recommendation is stay in your own culture as much as you can... the
world is a very confusing place and you need roots to hang on to.

Avoid these hip ideas from friends and do it for yourself.... if you end up
    different from them..so what?..it's you.

Also don't mix up religion from faith...

RELIGION is like a banner or product... or new cloths or new car you are
proud of...but they can be changed....

    your FAITH should remain always..

I have strong FAITH but don't practice any religion (although I was a
Catholic Christian when born, sheila was Presperterian Christian )

Faith is important... religion less so ....and can get in the way!

All you need is faith... faith that you will ...
    love,
    have confidence,
    find happiness,
    reach your goals,
    be a fair person.
Be trusted and respected by others,
    have good health,
be able to face whatever life puts your way.

    THAT is what is important....

Cc  you have faith..plenty of it... you just don't recognize it... get on
with your life... sometimes it is easier to look back on a life that has a
good faith than try to worry and look forward and struggle with religion....

So.. keep and find the faith in yourself... that is where god looks also.

    Hope this helps

    Nigel/Sheila

haha I see them now. Ginger is like Mama Sheila and Bisty is like Papa
Nigel. The other cat with hat is Sheba. Nice beds and beautiful window
    view!

One more question about God... recently many of my close friends are
becoming either Christian or Bahai or Jewish. I'm deeply influenced by
them. Sometimes I get confused what I should believe in. I feel I am
not a Christian yet, nor I am a Bahai or Jewish, but I'm believing
something here and there that there is God and he can hear me too. I
worried about many things before. However, since I have God living
with me I leave those worries to him. Is this normal or not?
My first foreign friend was name Judy since from when I was 16. She
was an American on her culture exchange visit to my university back
then and before she leave she left me a Bible which have followed me
for all these years. I put it close to my bed. Even I don't read it
much I feel safe and I could also feel the love from her.
I'm a little bit afraid of being baptized because it may mean that I
could not return to the original world without belief...
I don't know, I feel I believe something and another voice tells me
not too. Perhaps my Chinese culture is trying to keep me?

Could you please share your thoughts about God? I appreciate!

    Best

    Sheila and Papa Nigel!
I wonder where the three cats are in such cold weather. I saw the
Christmas Wreath on the front door 2.
    Have a very nice day!
